The Contour Relief Pillow is specifically optimized for back and side sleepers, as these positions are best for spinal alignment. We do not recommend this pillow for stomach sleeping.
Will it feel weird to sleep on at first?
It might! If you're used to a traditional pillow, your body may needa few nights to adaptto being in proper alignment. This is completely normal and a sign that the pillow is doing its job!
Does it have a "new foam" smell?
